I recently applied for my passport since I have less than 6 months validity left. So I received an email this morning informing me it was ready for collection.
In the past, it involved the painful experience of going down and waiting for hours and watching re runs of Mr. Bean at the canteen until the queue number was flashed on the display.
However, I think ICA has really improved their service and the implementation of a strictly by appointment system deserves to be applauded.
